A DIVORCE CASE.
Wellington, May 21.
Devery v. De.very and Burke. — The petitioner, Arthur Devery, prayed for a divorce on the ground of adultery by his wife with the co-respondent, James Burke, and other persons, while residing in Greymouth. The petitioner stated that he was married to the respondent, Bridget Belsow, in Greymouth, in 1866, in the Roman Catholic Church. Evidence showed that the conduct of his wife was very dissolute and immoral, and the Court granted a rule nisi on the usual terms.
