AGSTRIA PREPARING FOR EMERGENCIES.
Vienna, May 15. At yesterday's sitting of the Hungarian Chamber of deputies there was a debate on the Eastern question, when the President of the Hungarian Ministry said the Government had lately found it necessary to take further precautions for the conservation of Austro-Hungarian interests. They had strengthened their troops on the northern, southern, and eastern frontiers.
