Mr Kenrick acknowltges that he i j sent a policeman to Mrs-^ Oakes^, 1 1 would like to know by whose authority Mr Kenrick makes use of the police on mat* ters private, and ask if he does not thiiik it is likely to bring the aiithtirities into contempt when they find, the police used as a kind of coercive institution in private matters.
