The police and a witness spoke to his inveterate idleness. Ho had been often convicted for vagrancy, and has been hanging about the streets day and night ever since his last liberation from gaol. He had been properly examined as to his canity, but it was found that though weakminded ho was not a fit subject for Suunj aide. He was sent to gaol for six months, to be kept at hard labor.
