(Received ,Feb. 1, 0:5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 12: Mr Morganthau has called a conference of Government officials for Monday to discuss the importation of foreign capital -which is regarded as dangerous in view of tho inflation of credit here and the unfavorable economic situation in other countries. The conference lis expected to consider some form .-of curbing the inflow of capital.
