AFTER 23 YEARS! MAN ARRESTED IN CANTERBURY GRAVE CHARGE LAI D. (Press Association!. ASHBURTON, July 13. An offenco at Winslow, 23 years ago had a sequel on Saturday in the- arrest of a suspect. The accused, Albert Sims, aged 52 years, a gardener, appeared this morning charged with attempted rape oa November 29, 1913. Asking lor a remand. the police, stated that the ac bused went to America immediately after the alleged offence, and had just returned. He was remanded in custody till Friday.
