PREPARATION FOR FIJIAN WOMEN’S VISIT.

POVERTY BAY TRIAL GAME ON SATURDAY.

Two ladies’ teams have tieen chosen t > play a Possibles v. Probables hockey match on the Childers Road Reserve at 1.45 p.m. on Saturday for tho purpose of selecting a team to represent Poverty Bay against the Fijian visitors on August 1. Tho players are to be on the grounds not later than 1.30 p.m. in order to ieecivo their instructions so that tho gamo will commenco on time.
