A large chain of stores in England installed red lighting over its Aviudow displays of bacon. Bacon sales increased by nearly 50 per cent. The bacon took on a more attractive appearancee. Pale blue lighting on wet fish make it appear fresher. The lighting has stimulated sales. Golden light on fruit has the effect of adding luscious bloom; Trade has U/gain been increased.
