Tho A (her fa branch of the Canadian Manufacturers’ Association has notified the Premier of Alberta, Mr. W. Aberhard, that the prosperity bonds he proposes to issue as a medium of exchange wiif not be accepted by business. The bends, which are really scrip on which each recipient affixes stamps, are termed “the intolerable turnover tax.”
