SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Press Associations. WELLINGTON, March 0 An anti-cyclone is situated east oi the Dominion, while shallow depressions an? passing to the north and south. Winds: South-easterly to southerly north of New Plymouth and Napier; elsewhere variable with north-easter-ly to northerly prevailing, light to moderate mainly but strong in the Far South. Seas: Rougli north of East Cape; elsewhere slight to moderate but rising about Fo’veaux Strait. Eastern Tasman Sea: Light to moderate winds, south-easter lies in the northern portion and variable in the, southern portion; seas slight to moderate. Weather: Some scattered and mainly light nnin s still probable from Hawke’s Bay northwards, and, also in the Far South; elsewhere 'fair to line. Temperatures warm.
