TWO FEATUBFS TO-DAY
“The Girl Friend/' a musical comedy, will head the double-feature bill at the King’s Theatre to-day. Ann Gothei-n, Jack Haley and Roger I ryor head the cast. Miss Sothern sings well, dances well, delivers her tines well, and is as pretty as anyone on the screen. As Miss Sothern’s playwriting brother, Jack Haley gives a performance that should amuse eveijone. Roger Pryor, playing the role of the man who falls in love with Ann Sothern, continues to be one of the most personable leading men on the screen. In her first Fox Film role under her new contract, Karen Morley is featured with Edmund and Paul Cavanagh in the mystery melodrama, “Thunder in the Night.” the second feature. •Satirical comedy on the complications of the modern banking system is the keynote of “The Guv’nor,” the British-produced George Arliss film which is coining to the King’s Theatre on Thursday'.
