A North American Newspaper Alliance copyright message from the Wyatt Earp says: “For five days the Wyatt Earp travelled within 600 miles of Lincoln Ellsworths trans-Atlantic route hut- a sharp watch failed to detect any radio signals. With a strong following wind, the vessel is speeding in a westerly direction and north of the ice pack en route to the Bay of Whales. To-day’s noon position was : Latitude 68.32, longitude 114.46. This is inthe vicinity of the point Admiral Byrd reached in the Ruppert and made a flight south. AYe are still 2000 miles from the Bay of Whales.-’
