According to reports received from yarjous sources in the Mandwatu, the .worries ,of tjie sheepfnrmer at the present time are not confined to the facial eczema, a number also experiencing difficulty in getting their ewes to hold. As the mating season is almost over, a serious situation is developing for thoso who find themselves in this difficulty.. It is also reported that Massey College authorities are investigating the cause and that sterility in rams is suspected. If this surpiise proyes correct, sheepfarmers will find themselves up against a problem of no ihean dimensions. '
