Signor Mussolini's only comment was that the situation was serious and ho explained that Italy was occupying only a small area of ground in Somaliland badly pi a col strategically. Her troopo were only a precautionary measure. Asked his opinion about the world situation. Signor Mussolini said: “I will make on prophecy—there will not be war this year.”
