The conference was postponed owing to tlie necessity of further preparatory talks. Prince Starlicmberg lias been in Romo for two days studying the Fascist system. Tlie British United, Press correspondent 'States that Prince Starhemberg sought Signor Mussolini's agreement tO ah army of 80,000. The Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent states that the Little Entente will insist their security must be guaranteed before revision of' military restrictions. Austria, Hungary, arid Bulgaria further desire that all remaining matters in dispute between themselves and Itly be removed to ' a conference at Rome, which is unlikely to be held before mid-June.
