Murton was walking with a fullyloaded double barrelled gun under his arm when he was shot dead! in a • tregt, at Wombat, flat, Murton [was retuypiho; to;, a. house, in which, it is alleged, ho had threatened to shoot a young man with whom he had quarrelled! a few minutes before.
