PRINCES SATISFIED WITH BILL (U.P.A. by Elcc. Tel. Conyrigbt) (Rec. April 15. S.lO p.m.) LONDON, April 15. The Daily Telegraph’s special correspondent says -Sir William Jowitt;. and Messrs J. H. Morgan and E, E. Edwards as legal advisors to the Indian Princes, considered that the India- Bill and express the opinion that it gives a complete reassurance to tho Princes that their position is ado quately safeguarded. The Princes wore doubtful whether the Bowers of the Federal Government- were strictly, defined. Tho legal view is they are aS stricty defined and limited as is pos sible in an Act of Parliament. When tho Princes on February 25, resolved that the Bill should be amended the full opinion of jurists was not before them.
