The Warwick Farm races were held in dull weather. The long run of successful outings by Keith Voitre, the New Zealand jockey, was broken on his first appearance in New South Wales. Ho came very near to scoring on Hall Mark, who ran very creditably considering that he has barely recovered from his recent knee injury. Rogilla showed a fine return to form, and the. Doncaster Handicap am] Sydney Cup candidate Sarcherie impressed. The disappointment of the day was Silver Jubilee, who, after being prominent early, finished last in the Liverpool Handicap. He was ridden by Voitre. The popular Doncaster candidate Diernes finished well to fill sec-oner place behind Tatvoon. in the Cabamatta Aide, in which Blixten was unplaced.
