DISASTER TO FRENCH . VINEYARDS. RAVAGED BY FROST. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright.) (Received April 11, 10.30 p.m.) PARIS, April 11. Spring frosts ravaged the A'ineyards in the Bordeaux region and it is estimated that 50 to 90 per cent, of "the crops are ruined. Such a disaster lias .not occurred since 1592. The harvest, will be extremely small, while last year’s harvest was one of the best on record both for quality and quantity.
