Dullard), Undor-Srcretary of Justice; Dr. W.’ B. Suteh, economist secretary; Professor IT. Belshaw, econo•mist adviser; Messrs T. R. AJeken, private secretary; J. Snell controller of filie mortgage division of the Public Trust Office, and J. Christie, law draftsman. The Miriisler referred to the excellent work of the committee and paid a special tribute to the services of Mr Christie in drafting the legislation dealing with the vital financial problems affecting th c rural industry.
