. ' •:i, J*• ■ SUMMARY AND FORECAST (Press Association). WELLINGTON, April 10. General Situation. An extensive and complex depression is moving on to, New Zealand! 1 ' Forecast. Winds: Moderate to strong northeasterly to northerly, rising to gale force at places. Seas : High north of East Cape and becoming Tough generally. Eastern Tasman: Moderate to strong west to south-west winds in the northern portion, with rather rough seas’; ; strong northerly winds to gales in the southern portion with rough to high seas. Weather: Dull and misty with widespread, and, in places, heavy rains; some ;flooding probable in the Auckland province, also in the far south. Mild temperatures.
