Sh 0 was seized by customs officials apdl the piaster, William James Thomas Double, iwas arrested and charged with using a boat, not, licensed under the Fisheries Act for tailing in New Zealand waters on three occasions last month in the vicinity oof Caps Campbell. Re appeared before a Justice officer and was rC_ manded'.
