POVERTY RAY A AND P. ASSOCIATION. DR BOWIE HONOBED. Life membership, in recognition of his work °n behalf. c£ farmers, was conferred on Dr W. A. Bowie at Saturday’s meeting of the genera] committee of thp Poverty Bay A. and P Association. In Bringing forward the proposal, the president, Mr 11. G.
