Austrian Maws are planning a sensational coup d’etat to overthrow Dr. Dolfuss, and have obtained large supplies of machine guns and rifles. A private army numbering thousands is expected to be doubled by roinforements from Germany.
Dr. Dolfuss, who learned of the plans for an uprising, is desperately striving to avert- it, daily ' raiding th e homes of Nazi suspects.
