The Times Berlin correspondent reports that no Opposition candidates will be tolerated at the elections by the Government and explains that voting papers must mention only the Nazi Party with a circle printed alongside wherein voters must make a cross, otherwise the papers will tfe invalid. It will thus- be impossible to vote against the Nazis, and will only he possible to abstain from voting or spoil the paper.

An official announcement reads: — “Four Brown Shirts who took part in excesses against the Swiss subjects Ruegg and the Englishman Hardy, who. was a member of the British Embassy in Berlin have been sent to a concentration camp. ' Those guilty of maltreatment of the American Boelg at Dusseldorf have been arrested and, will be tried at Berlin.” '
