The Opotiki competitions were continued on Saturday . afternoon in splendid weather before a fair attendance. Tho results were as follow: Seniors. —O.M.P. 32 y. City 6, In the first half, City hold their own and led G—3 when the whistle blew, but condition told after that and O.M.P. ran all over the opposition, winning very easily. yj Country 6 v. Old Boys 3. This was a very even game right through.. ■ Juniors.—Both games were; keenly, fought and resulted in draws. 031. P. 0 v. City 0 ; Country 3 v. Old Boys. 3. GOLF. A men’s foursome over 18 holes was played on the Opotiki . Coif Club’s links on Saturday. Partners chosen, opponents drawn. -3 competitors. The cards were: Harriinan - arid E. Farmer, 59—21—63; J.
