FIRST SERIOUS ILLNESS.

One of the most famous Indian religious leaders, the Maharaja Shyamdas Punjari, has died at Decca, aged 123 years, foliowing an operation. He has hosts of disciples in Bengal, where he spent eight years. This was his first serious illness.
