Advices from Santa Clara on Tuesday night said that the alleged rebels taking advantage of the absence o the greater part of the tactical uni there, ataclced its headquarters, and meeting with-but slight resistance from the sparse defenders left, carried away all the arms and ammunition there. , Numerous cano fires are reported throughout Santa Clara province.
