A new- form of ‘'racketeering’’ has sprung up. in England, says the "Sunday Dispatch.” Swindlers induce, gullible Americans to find the money for claiming fictitious estates, promising a share of the proceeds. A. recent action against Earl Beauchamp was struck out as frivolous. Oscar Hartzell lias' been deported for collecting money to lay claim to the estate of the Elizabethan Admiral, Sir . Francis Drake.
