In pursuance of his intention topurge the Five Yca.r Plan of those half-hearted, the central committee of the .Soviet lnv s expelled the Food Minister, M. Eismont, and tlie ex-Mimster, M. Tolniuchoff, for obstructing the plan and coquetting With rich peasants, and has also publicly censured the Postal Minister, MItykolE,owing' to spreading doubts in the Red Army. • Hordes of speakers will be let loose to tell the soldiers that the plan i s succeeding, despite obstruction.
