The Dace, Signor Mussolini, in a special interview with the NewsChronicle’s representative, said the second half of. 1933 may surprise us. Three problems must precede recovery :
1. The war debts must he cleared out' of tho way.
2. There must he real disarmament,
3. Tariffs must he lowered and the currency stumbling blocks removed.
