On New Year’s. Day a rather unusual feat was performed by two Gisborne lads, J’. Sealy and 1.1. Morrison. In ,a. canoe made by the former they crossed, the harbour to Nick’s Head, approximately five niiW distant, clambered., ashore on the rocks, took photographs, and returned to Kiaiti beach.
