A Kobe message states that Chinehow now being the Japanese military centre, aeroplanes from tlienee are bombing Chinese troops and roads within aerial range of the Jehol province. A heavy attack was made on Peieluing-Yangtse ou Sunday iu connection with which the Japanese report that action was taken in sell-protection from two Chinese brigades with artillery advancing on Chinehow.
