The cx-Kaiisor’s fifth son, Princo Oscar, represented his father at tho celebrations in connection with the 80th birthday of General Von. Einem commander of the Third Army in. the iwar. General Von Einem declared that the Reicliwehr would not remain small. He hoped, despite his great age, to seo a strong Gorman army again.
