“A.II.”: The Stutute of Westminster gives effect to resolutions of the Imperial Conferences of 1926 and 1930.1 ’ Among these are that a Dominion Parliament may make laws: having extra-territorial operation, and also that the- Home Parliament will not legislate for a Dominion except bjf consent. Clause 2of the Bill statea/Tthat no law piade after the eompiencement of the Act by the Parliament of a Dominion shall be Vjjmd or _ inoperative oh the ground ffhat it is repugnant to the law of England. The powers of the Parliament of a Dominion aro to include the power to repeal or amend any Act, order, rulo. or regulation in so far as it is. part of the law of the Dominion.
