N.Z. MADE BABY PLANE
CRASHES

CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 20.
While landing at Wigram aerodrome today,' a baby agroplane built in Christchurch by Leading Aircraftsman W. Dini came in contact withpporerw r er wires and crashed in a field near the aerodrome. After taking off Dini found the machine, which w r as fitted with a motor cycle, engine, was underpowered and would not climb. Ho circled back to the aerodrome but the aeroplane was unable +0 rise above the wires and nose dived into the "round, smashing the propellor and damaging the nose. The engine was undamaged. Dini was unhurt.
