BREAKAWAY OF THE MOSLEYITES.
COMPLAINT AGAINST GOVERNMENT. LACK OF NATIONAL PLAN. . (U.P.A, by Elec, Tel ConxrighD (Received March 1, 5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb, 28. Sir 0. Mosley announces the formation of a new party in a manifesto in which ho again emphasises the lack of a -national plan to meet the 'grave industrial situation. Ho condemns the /political machinery of the old parties which he says, have reduced Britain to her present plight and calls to his aid such Commoners as consider that retirement from politics and even failure are preferable to acquiescence in the present' situation. The requisites of the formation of the new party are voluntary workers in every constituency, candidates to contest the next election, and finance for the organisation of the party, which will change Parliament from a talkshop to a workshop and maintain stable markets and a high living standard based on high wages. Sir O. Mosley states that his plan includes economically to link up the Dominions and Britain by a new economic organisation with common interests.

Sir O. Mosley has. launched an •appeal for four hundred election candidates, and also for funds on behalf of “the new party.” He says that he and his supporters are not prepared to continue. an idle game of politics without an effort to. arouse the nation to save itself from becoming third-rate.
MR, 0. BALDWIN RESIGNS FROM PARTY. fF P s by Elec. Tel. Consright) LONDON, Feb. 26. Mr. Oliver Baldwin, a member of the House of Commons and supporter of Sir Oswald Mosley, has resigned from the Labor Party owing to the Government’s inaction in face of increasing unemployment.
. TROUBLE OVER TRADE DISPUTES BILL, (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 1, 11 p.m.) LONDON. March 1. The General Council of the Trades Council Congress, in a letter to the Prime Minister says:—
“The alteration in the Trade Disputes Bill in accordance with the Liberal amendment has rendered the measure totally unacceptable.”
