Foxtrots and waltzes will be played by l lie ZCalandia Novelty Instrumental Quartet, and the popular Asquiths will provide a twenty-minute draw-ing-room entertainment. Wellington’s civic reception to Lord and Lady Baden-Powell. which is to take place in the Wellington Town Hall this evening, Will be broadcast by 2YA.
The Dulcet Quartet (Mrs. AY. B. Harris. Miss Nellie Lowe. Mr. H. JFrancis and Mr. A. G. Thompson), Miss Maisie Ot'ey (a clever novelty pianiste). the StudioOetet and All’. Te Ari Pitama, lecturer, will provide 3YA's programme. A very bright programme will be provided bv the Studio Octet. Air. Pitama will speak on “The Evolution and Development of Maori Music ” 4VA. has an exceptional entertainment for this evening.
