SOUTH WALES COAL DISPUTE. OWNERS AND MEN FATL TO RENEW DISCUSSION. (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Jan. 1. On the South Wales coal fields today, following the failure yesterday to get the owners and men to renew the discussion, the stoppage was almost complete, affecting 140.000 miners.
