THREE FISHERMEN DROWNED

Three experienced' , fishermen at Cape Hawke, ’ North' Coast were drowned this afternoon on. Lake Wallis during a . violent thunderstorm. The victims; were Arthur Prior, aged 67, and two nephews, Geoffrey Prior, 25, and Stanley Hart. 27, The men were crossing the lake in a fishing launch ■ heavily loaded with, paraplienalia from the New Year day sports kiosk, when the craft sank. Eyewitnesses 'were unable to Icrnl anv assistance, to tlie fury of the storm and .-tbe fact that then boats were too small.
