Scott, the present Australian champion . sculler, should visit New Zealand and compete in the Dominion champion sculls, has been abandoned. ■ When the New Zealand Rowing Association invited Scott, toe date of the championship was set down for February 7. If this arrangement had been adhered to, -Scott would... have made tlie trip hut the date was changed to February 2S, and as Scott wishes to compete in the Stale championships on the Nepean on March 28, he decided definitely to abandon the idea, of going to- New Zealand. .;
