Rules and Regulations to be strictly adhered to without exception. 1. Entries for all events close on MONDAY, DECEMBER 22nd, 1930, with Mr Bert Hart, Star Cycle Works, Peel Street, Gisborne. Phone 767. 2. All entries to 1m? accompanied by necessary fees and last two years’ performances. Entries for Athletic and Cycling Events to be on N.Z. A.A.A. Form and to be run strictly under the Rules of the N.Z.A.A.A. 3. No Nomination to be received unless accompanied by necessary fee. 4. Five starters or no second prize; 4 'to start or no event. 5. The Committee reserves the right to add to or delete from the Programme. 6. Protests must be with the Secretary not later than 15 minutes after an event, accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which shall be forfeited should protest prove frivolous. 7 The decision of the Protest Committee shall be final. 8. All Challenge Cups are the property of the Club until won outright and shall be returned to the Secretary, in good order and condition, at least one month before the date of the Sports at which they are to be competed for.
