This evening the IYA Broadcasting Choir will present “St. John’s I'-we. an old English idyll, composed by Sir Frederick Co wen and dedicated to the people of Melbourne! Victoria, to mark his association- with the Melbourne Exhibition of ISSS-9, when he conducted the famous choir. In the second portion of the programme, .Miss Daphne Hicham, violinist, will phiv. a trio (Misses Gladys Payne. Cathloen Mnloneen and Mr. HI S. Poffley). and Mr. Leu Barnes, baritone, will sing. A bright and varied programme to be broadcast from 2\A will be given bv the Salon Orchestra, tlie Melodic Four. Mr. R. S. Allwrisihb and those popular entertainers. Mr. Mill Melveon and Miss Maisie Oakes. ' A novelty item, of interest to Scotsmen in particular, will be the bagpipe solos by Mr Dick Fletcher, a wellknown member of the local Pipe Band. The programme from 4YA will be provided bv the St. Tv.ilda Baud. Hie essistiiirr artists will be Miss • Ray Stulbs (soprano). Miss 3k Green (contralto). 3!>\ llcir. Richards (baritone). and (elocutioniste). The Homo Science talk from 4YA to-morrow, afternoon bv the Homo Science Extension Department of TTt.-vjro University will 1)° on “How to Bring.
