A new radio artist. Mr. Peter Davidson (baritone),' is included oh IY.Vs programme for this ■ evening. The IYA Orchestral Octet, under the direction of Mr. Harold .Baxter, will provide many interesting items, including a violin • solo bv Mr. Baxter. Miss Chrissie Foster (soprano) will sing three delightful little songs. The Neiafu Duo, consisting of Hawaiian and steel guitars, will give a quartet of Hawaiian numbers with vocal refrains. Airs. B. Jellard (contralto) will also ho heard. . To 2YA’s programme, the _ Lyric Atale Voice Quartet and Aliss Phyllis Leighton will contribute • solos and concerted numbers of a light nature, and Alessrs. Gibson and Standen will feature popular songs. Novelty instrumental items will be given by Airs. Alildred Kenny’s Guitar Orchestra, and the humour of the .'programme will be provided by Mr. Len. Ashton,, whose, items will include sours by Handley (England’s leading radio comedian). The Salon Orchesi tra .will also be playing. ... 3YA has a splendid vaudeville programme arranged. On the musical side will he. Miss Hilda Hutt and Dir. Clive Hindle (vocalists). ‘Well-known melodics will issue from - Airs. G. Amer’s accordion; Air. J. J.' Flew-, ellyii and Air. Geo. Titchener will contribute humorous numbers and an instrumental programme will be played by the Studio Octet.,
