She had been previously treated for *a nervous breakdown. A five-year-old daughter was-found with a slight out on the'neck.
ENQUIRY INTO BEN DUEL FA’S ■ DEATH

AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. An inquest concerning the death of Benjamin Kinsman Dee-ley, aged 48, the well-known- jockey, who was found 'in' a state of collapse at liis Ihouse in Green Lane eayly on Thursday morning and died in Auckland Hospital some hours'later, was opened by the Coroner, Mr Hunt.. S;M. Medical evidence, was not taken, but the police i‘eport'Atated that the supposed cause of death wa.s a fracture of the ekpll and cerebral hemorrhage following an accidental, fall. « The inquest was adjourned sine did■" : : ~■
