As a sequel ,to illegally using .an aeroplane which-crashed at Granville Walter Grothersy ageef 21, caipe before the Paframajtta Court; which ordered him to enter into-a bond to come up. for sentence within .two vears if called upon. He was.directed to pav £SO damages- The magistrate said that Crothers . was so young that he disliked sending him to prison for sn offence which was unique. He thought 'the ends.- of justice would oe- served by warning him of the grave danger to himself, and other inexperienced persons by trving to fly aeroplanes- Crothers’ only excuse was that be was infatuated by flying, in which he had had some experience. >. - f
