Information, has been received that Captain Matthews, en route to Bangkok, made a forced landing last night one hundred miles from Bangkok. Details are lacking, but it is understood that the aviator is unhurt.

Captain Matthews was forced down at Banmee, 160 kilometres north of Donmuang. The propel lor and one wing were broken and tho tail of tho machine damaged. He has a spare propeller. The Minister for War sent from Donmuang men to assist the aviator. It is hoped that repairs'will he effected in a few days.
