(Press Association.) CMRJ.STCH 1 RCH, May 31. The Magistrate, Mr. E. C. Levvov, re-heard to-duy the case of Harry William Smith, a motorist who was sentenced yesterday to It days’ imprisonment for being intoxicated while in charge of a car.
He amended the sentence, and imposed a hip. of £25, and cancelled accused’s license lor a year, in view of circumstances outlined by counsel.
