As a sequel to the undergraduates’ misconduct last Tuesday, at the City Police Court to-day Thomas Temperlev, aged 19, was fined £2 for riotous behaviour.
A similar ease against. Vergil Los* chiuvo, an Italian, was adjourned to enable him to produce evidence in Ins defence.
Tlie Magistrate acquitted Temperlev on a charge ol desecration at thd Cenotaph.
