ROAD CYCLING RACI<

(Special to the Times.) OPOTIKI, April 18. A bicycle race held to-day from Opotiki to AYaiotahi bridge and back a d stance of 14 miles, resulted: C. Snell (Msecs 1, H. Collins 4-.Jniin 2, R. After discussion when it was considered that a co-operative bacon concern would not he a success unless the, shareholders were bound by guarantee to supply, it was suggested that some sort of canvas should lie made to see if it were possible to secure sufficient support before any further steps ca-ii be taken.
